When there are many parts to be cleaned, it can be placed in multiple layers to leave a proper gap between the workpieces to ensure the cleaning effect.
5.2.4 確認清洗劑完全溶解后，將裝有零部件的料筐輕輕放入清洗槽內(nèi)。嚴禁料筐接觸清洗槽側(cè)壁。清洗的零部件較多時，可以多層放置使得工件間留有適當間隙，保證清洗效果。
5.2.5 After the temperature in the cleaning tank is increased, set the temperature, turn off the heating button, turn on the ultrasonic button, and confirm that the ultrasonic vibrator works normally by sound, hand touch, etc.
5.2.5 清洗槽內(nèi)溫度升值設(shè)定溫度后，關(guān)閉加熱按鈕，開啟超聲波按鈕，通過聲音、手觸等確認超聲波震子工作正常。
5.2.6 According to the serious situation of the surface of the parts and the cleaning process requirements, set the appropriate ultrasonic cleaning time, and check the cleaning of the workpiece from time to time. The cleaning time should not exceed 20 minutes.
5.2.6 根據(jù)零部件表面污物嚴重情況及清潔工藝要求設(shè)定合適的超聲波清洗時間，不定時對工件的清洗情況進行抽檢，清洗時間不宜超過20分鐘。
