1.1本機(jī)為專(zhuān)人專(zhuān)管設(shè)備，其他人不得擅自操作。

2.1清洗池內(nèi)參加恰當(dāng)清水，液面高度以浸沒(méi)側(cè)振盒為準(zhǔn)。

3.4不得將沸水直接參加清洗槽內(nèi)，應(yīng)常常定時(shí)整理清洗槽底部?jī)?nèi)的污泥，以防底部換能器過(guò)熱而掉落損壞。
3.3冬天槽體內(nèi)液體不能結(jié)冰，使用前先加熱再發(fā)動(dòng)超聲波（25℃以上為佳）。
3.5接連作業(yè)時(shí)，如過(guò)熱，機(jī)器將主動(dòng)中止，冷卻系統(tǒng)照舊作業(yè)，待降止適宜溫度時(shí)，機(jī)器降主動(dòng)敞開(kāi)超聲波。
3.4不得將沸水直接參加清洗槽內(nèi)，應(yīng)常常定時(shí)整理清洗槽底部?jī)?nèi)的污泥，以防底部換能器過(guò)熱而掉落損壞。
3.6禁止從超聲波控制柜進(jìn)風(fēng)口處濺入導(dǎo)電液體（如水）。 4 保護(hù)與養(yǎng)護(hù)

4.2電源進(jìn)線(xiàn)、控制柜與清洗槽之間連線(xiàn)插頭應(yīng)定時(shí)查看是不是連接可靠以及絕緣性與導(dǎo)電性。 4.3堅(jiān)持機(jī)器內(nèi)部各部件的清洗，不使用時(shí)封閉電源總開(kāi)關(guān)。 4.4清洗液應(yīng)及時(shí)沉積、過(guò)濾或替換，以保證清洗作用。 4.5防止對(duì)機(jī)器的磕碰或劇烈轟動(dòng)。
