2) Heating and temperature control system. The heater is usually made of stainless steel tubing and is resistant to acids and alkalis. 6) 噴淋漂洗體系:依據(jù)被清潔工件的外表情況, 有的清潔機裝備噴淋漂洗工序, 將超聲波清潔和噴淋清潔有機地結(jié)合起來。
7) Drying system. According to the condition of the workpiece to be cleaned, some ultrasonic cleaning machines are equipped with a drying system. The drying system is mainly composed of a heater, a fan, a blowing nozzle, etc., and the temperature is automatically controlled.
7) 烘干體系。依據(jù)被清潔工件的情況,有的超聲波清潔機裝備烘干體系,烘干體系首要由加熱器、風(fēng)機、吹風(fēng)噴嘴等構(gòu)成, 溫度自動操控。
