常用的超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗方法有溶劑清洗、溶劑壓力清洗、溶劑蒸汽清洗、溶劑刷洗和超聲波清洗。由于超聲波的空化作用, 其清洗效果遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)優(yōu)于其它清洗手段所能達(dá)到的清洗效果。幾種清洗方法效果比較, 如圖1所示。由圖可以看出, 超聲波清洗是當(dāng)中最有效的清洗手段。
